Research on high speed sampling method of nuclear pulse in the digital nuclear spectrum measurement system

The technology of nuclear spectrum measurement is an important method for the research of nuclear physics, heavy ion physics, high energy physics and nuclear technology application. In the digital nuclear spectrum measurement system, the high speed sampling method of nuclear pulse is one of the key technologies. And this method is restricted to the conversion speed of analog-to-digital chip (A/D chip) and the working frequency of digital processing chip. Article mainly research on how to implement a single high-speed A/D function by using FPGA and multi slow-speed A/D chips. And through the experiments verify the correctness and feasibility of the method, and the effect is good.
