Design of comprehensive test platform for pollution tolerance of the convergent planetary trains exhaust oil

The comprehensive transmission system has a higher degree of contamination of oil, which makes the wear of contaminated particles, that can lead to the deterioration of the confluence planet easily. Lubrication of the bus with polluted oil will result in accelerated wear of components. Through the design of the pollution tolerance test platform, that we can research the wear and vibration laws of the stars under different pollution levels and the failure reason, the pollution tolerance of the planetary exhaust was put forward from the theoretical point of view. It is of great significance and practical value for the design of integrated drive hydraulic lubrication system, the study of pollution control and the design of the convergent planetary trains.
