Development of power and bandwidth allocation algorithm for DSA system by particle filtering method

In wireless communication exceptional growth from the past decade this is due to dramatic increasing in devices which is connected in unguided medium. Some of the bands in spectrum are already used for some other application, if an application need a band to reach goal this leads a spectrum shortage problem. To overcome this issue we go for cognitive radio concepts. We discuss how unused portion of spectrum can be utilized for other application. Particle filtering is one such method, to empower the distributed access of unused channels in spectrum and to achieve maximum overall throughput. Through simulation results it shows, if the number of agents less than 50 we can avoid degeneracy problem by assuming particles are equal weights.
