Smart care: An intelligent assistant for pregnant mothers

The vast improvement in technology during recent time means that its usage is increasing exponentially. Artificial intelligence, as a result of such improvement is capable of providing the basic assistance to people. We plan to utilize this progress to prepare a self care portal and make it available for people from all strata. Smart Care is a framework that will guide pregnant women during the crucial and sensitive part of their lives and be their smart assistant. The system, in addition to providing personalized dietary guidelines, necessary advises for pregnancy stages etc, will be able to use its intelligence to take such suggestions to an advanced level. Keeping in mind that an artificially intelligent entity has its limit, the assistant will act as a cloud based communication media between all the people concerned. Thus, will all such features integrated, we present a concept that can make self care smarter. In Bangladesh, due to lack of awareness, resources, and expertise expecting mothers face a lot distress during their pregnancy. Smart Care has a vision to reduce their stress and guide them towards a healthy maternity period.
