Floyd warshall algorithm with FIS Sugeno for search evacuation route optimization

Evacuation route is very important for the community especially those who are living in disaster-prone areas since the route used to perform the evacuation to evacuate from the place of the disaster to a safer place. The example of this case is the eruption of Mount Merapi. The eruption of Mount Merapi in 2010 causes casualties. One factor that can affect the number of casualties is the shortest path with the determination of the evacuation route. This research aims to know the shortest evacuation lines by using a combination of Fuzzy and Floyd Warshall algorithm. The output of the fuzzy logic which is a weighting value of each route, processed with Floyd Warshall algorithm. Floyd Warshall algorithm uses calculations to all nodes with the matrix and graph outputs hyphen is the smallest of all nodes. The results of the test show that the program can demonstrate the steps to find the evacuation routes and suggest which node is passed for the shortest distance. Based on the study, the results of the evacuation route are the same for the two algorithms. Floyd Warshall algorithm's running time is faster than Exhaustive algorithm at 270 of the whole experiments conducted. It is concluded that Floyd Warshall algorithm is more suitable for evacuation route planning of Merapi eruption casualties in Sleman Regency.
