Enhanced AES using MAC address for cloud services

Security is one of the important aspects that we need to consider related to data communication. Security is primarily for sensitive data such as government or military data. Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) is one of the cryptographic methods that currently considered safe and strong enough. Although there is currently no attack capable of breaking AES, it is only a matter of time because of the rapid development of computing speed. Brute force attacks could also break AES quickly if the key is weak. This research proposes a modified AES that alters the original structures by using MAC Address. The use of MAC Address could increase the randomness of the AES processes in each computer.
