2 to 4 Decoder based on current logic

A new design concept of developing 2 to 4 decoders based on linear logic is considered. The circuit design and result of simulation on 0.25 um CMOS technology are presented. An advantages of the proposed approach such as low dependence from voltage supply, temperature and radiation are shown.
