The industrial electrical equipment screened magnetic fields effect on model organisms

The electrical equipment alternating magnetic field action on biological systems is characterized. Using the industrial transformer as an example, a method of its shielding is proposed to reduce the levels of induction of an alternating magnetic field under the action on the model organisms of Daphnia magna Straus. It is established that the optimal way to reduce the level of the alternating magnetic field of an industrial transformer is a combination of two methods: protection of the object by distance and a metal screen. The proposed screening option provides such final indices of the field induction level, under which there are no significant violations of the motor activity of model organisms.
