Multiphysics circuits for modeling and simulation in electrical engineering

This paper presents the general classification of Multiphysics problems as applied to the study of electrical devices. The known types of Multiphysics problems, including coupled field problems and field-circuit problems are added with Multiphysics circuits as a complementary class of problems in electrical engineering. Two examples of the multi-circuit problems with both strong and weak coupling are considered for investigation of transient processes in power transformers and high-voltage cable lines.
