Formation of a complex of indicators for assessing high-tech import substitution projects

This article examines the directions of project evaluation in a modern high-tech enterprise, taking into account the concept of import substitution. The main indicators that characterize the effectiveness of projects from high technology, import substitution of equipment and products, the economic component points of view, as well as the development of highly skilled personnel. Recommendations on the use of the developed indicators in the management of projects and personnel in the enterprise are given.
