Multi-polarization antenna system with a spherical radiation pattern

At present, more and more technical means are needed to identify widely differing objects and events. In particular, the radiosonde method is used for this. To increase the informational capabilities of this method, we consider the parameters of the polarization specifications of the sent and received signals and their ability to scan large volumes of space as highly significant. The proposed solution makes it possible to get electromagnetic radiation with monotonically changing polarization specifications and with a spherical radiation pattern. This in the case where the primary source of radiation is an antenna with a unidirectional main lobe pattern and with a homogeneous polarization specification.
