An improved current reconstruction technique for internal field assessment of dielectric phantoms

In this research, an inverse source reconstruction method is proposed for internal field evaluation of dielectric phantoms. We aims at the cost reduction and accuracy improvement of dosimetric measurement including specific absorption rate (SAR) assessment. The current reconstruction employs the continuity condition at the boundary of dielectric surface to improve the reconstruction accuracy. It is shown that this method works for internal field evaluation of a lossy dielectric sphere by numerical test.
