Problem of plane electromagnetic wave diffraction by multielement grating embedded in a half-space

The problem of plane electromagnetic wave diffraction by multielement grating which is embedded in a half-space is considered. A system of singular integral equations is obtained by satisfying the necessary boundary conditions. A system of linear algebraic equation is obtained as a result of applying of special quadratures to the initial integral equations system.
