Influence of micro-vibration on spectral properties of atmospheric sounding spectrometer

The atmospheric sounding spectrometer is a kind of Fourier transform spectrometers, which are sensitive to many kinds of micro-vibration. This focus is mainly on those connected to mechanical vibrations, assessing the relationships between the micro-vibration and the spectral properties of atmospheric sounding spectrometer. A kind of method that atmospheric composition detection method, which utilizes Fourier transform technology is introduced in this paper. Firstly, operational principle and composition of space-borne Fourier transform spectrometer are elaborated. This spectrometer is based on Michelson interferometer. A swing arm carrying two corner cubes is used to produce optical path difference. Secondly, main spectral properties of this instrument are demonstrated. The influence of laser inclination vibration, drift of laser zero crossing time and the time delay between sampling time delay with the laser signal zero crossing is analyzed, which are caused by the micro-vibration. It is helpful for other research on the performance of remote sensor under external disturbance.
