Investment in small ITC enterprises

‘Britain's senior information technologists will today outline 22 new recommendations which they believe are necessary if the UK's small information technology companies are to receive the financial backing they need to compete effectively. The recommendations - which include introducing a high-tech premium bond scheme and a National Lottery Venture Capital Fund - are contained in a response prepared by the Real Time Club to the Bank of England's October 1996 report on finance for high-tech small and medium-sized businesses.’ Financial Times July 24, 1997.
