DPSK-self homodyne detection system adopting PLC for optical inter-satellite link terminal

The degradation of sensitivity was mainly caused by intersymbol interference in the optical filter (which was not the optimal matched filter) and the EDFA's noise figure (which was 4.1 dB instead of ideal value of 3dB). Higher sensitivity will be obtained by reducing these degradation factors.
