Going Agile?

A survey by Version One found that 55 per cent of respondents claim agile methods have been successful in 90-100 per cent of cases. Critics say that agile methods don't scale properly. There's a middle ground as well, as exemplified by a 2008 Software Engineering Institute's technical report, which talked about the Capability Maturity Model and agile methods working together.
