Retracted: Rainstorm Flood Loss Analysis and Evaluation Model

This paper analyzes the method of rainstorm flood damage assessment, and establishes a model of rainstorm flood damage assessment, the method including flood numerical simulation, social economic and population spatial distribution mapping, relationship between the inundated depth and flood loss rate of each kind hazard baring body. The rainstorm flood damage assessment model was applied in a research area. The results show that under different flood scenarios, the value of main indicators have a positive correlation with flood severity. This study provides a reference for the government to improve flood control measures and protect people's property.
