Innovation method for accelerating response time of reflective type LCoS-SLM in off-axis system

We present a simple method to measure phase curve for reflective type Liquid Crystal on Silicon - Spatial Light Modulator (LCoS-SLM) in off-axis system. We also speed up the response time of "thick' LCoS-SLM by choosing appropriate driving voltage range. Based on the innovation method, the performance of LCoS-SLM could be improved in off-axis system.
