The Fast Forecast and Control Technology of Anti Surge on Primary Air Fan

The reasons and process of surge of single or two parallel axial flow fans are analyzed. The control process of how to eliminate the fan surge is described. Structure diagram and principle description of the fast forecast and control loop are given aiming at the surge of primary air fan after tripping of the mill. At last, after the fast forecast and control loops are put into operation, the regulation process and result of primary air regulatory system are given especially under the scenario of one or two mills are tripped.
