Described the international experience of creation and functioning of organisation of a system of support athletic training, based on different principles. Characterized the state of the sport industries and the characteristics the system of support athletic training in Moscow. Lists issues of management and development of the system of support athletic training and the reasons generating them. Designed ways to further improve the management of the support sports training system. Gives examples of successful projects in the sports sector in Moscow.
