Information agent reaction research under the influence of information and communication environment

In the article, high significance of information agents for industrial application of smart technologies is emphasized. Objective fundamentals for research of information and communication environment impact on quality of a smart information agent functioning are analysed. The process framework for research of this type is proposed. The process framework is formed based on an extensible methodology of analysis for impact of information and communication environment on quality of a smart information agent functioning. Extension is performed by means of development and interfacing of application software. Application software is implemented according to mathematical support for analytical object-oriented simulation of a smart information agent functioning process.
