Logical services automatic location from eLEL

Automatic localization of services at the time of logical modeling is a difficult task. This is because of the complexity of models and the scattered nature of enterprise architecture information in organizations, systems as well as actors and applications. However, all information about logical services is described in the eLEL and in the aspects of the business architecture of the Praxeme methodology. But maintaining and locating logical services in the modeling process of current enterprise architecture is done manually or semi-automatically, which is a time-consuming task. In order to reduce the time spent on modeling and realization of SOA and enterprise architecture, we proposed a strategy to automatically locate logical services in organizations, systems, actors or applications. To do this, we have derived the eLEL in semantic and pragmatic aspects of the Praxeme methodology. Then we automatically derived the semantic and pragmatic aspects obtained in logical factories, data structure and logical workshops of the logical aspect of Praxeme. Then we easily located the logical services that are stored in the logical machines and the logical machines that are stored in the workshops and logical factories. However, in order to validate the proposed strategy, we conducted a case study using the proposed strategy and human analysts. Then, we compared the results obtained by the automatic derivation with the results produced by the human analysts. And we have found that human analysts produce a complete and accurate model, but automatic derivation is a starting point for negotiating with a great deal of information about requirements and business models. Thus, we used the results of the comparison to measure the metrics to evaluate the performance of the proposed approach. As a result, the validation results of the strategy have shown that the proposed approach produces models sufficient for designers and developers to model and realize SOA and enterprise architecture.
