Electromagnetic field of a moving round a circle charge

Problem of radiation of electromagnetic field by a moving around circle at a constant velocity static charge is solved rigorously. In a rotating reference frame both electric and magnetic fields are excited, but they do not create an electromagnetic field. Analysis of the components of a spatial spectrum of electric and magnetic fields in a far field and near filed regions is done. Components of the vectors of electric and magnetic fields are calculated, that creates electromagnetic field in a `fixed' reference frame.
