Energy efficient and simple control of stand-alone combine heat-power generation small wind turbine

This article presents an autonomous wind turbine, in which take place the generation and accumulation of two types of energy - electricity and heat, which are needed in the home of an individual consumer. Such combine heat-power wind turbine except of functionality extensions has simple and effective system for optimal control. Efficient generation of electricity is carrying out by means of a passive mode at medium to high wind speeds. Automatic optimal control of the heat generation process can perform at all wind speeds by periodically connecting the thermoelectric heaters to the armature winding of the generator. Computer simulation shows the efficiency of the simple control system.
