Radio waves interference above a spherical sea surface

In this paper we consider the problem of taking into account the Earth curvature for the tasks of studying the influence of electromagnetic waves interference on target detection performance. A new numerical method of interference factor calculation for specified coordinates is proposed. Figures that show dependence of magnitude of interference factor on range and target altitude for VHF and X-band radar were built on basis of proposed method.
