Improved method of group decision making in expert systems based on competitive agents selection

The problem of group decision making performed during selection of the best solution from possible alternatives in expert systems set was solved. The problem solution based on the integrated method, which consists of individual and group evaluation, increases quality of decision-making during expert evaluation process. The improved method of extraction and formalization of individual expert evaluations was proposed. The method is based on the analytic hierarchy process modification and includes absolute and relative evaluation phases. It evaluates expert competence based on confidence coefficient for expert judgments. Therefore, it is possible to evaluate confidence for expert judgments during individual evaluation process without additional time demands. The modified method of agent group evaluation based on summation of individual expert evaluations of every alternative was proposed. The method makes total evaluation based on relative quantitative importance of the agents and confidence coefficients for judgments of every group participant. It gives preference to judgments of qualified experts to increase solution quality.
