DC/DC-converter for fuel cell integration in more electric aircraft applications

In this paper a power density optimised DC/DC-converter for the integration of a multifunctional fuel cell system (MFFCS) to a +/- 270 V bipolar high voltage DC (HVDC) grid in a more electric aircraft is presented. The proposed system is designed to operate at a cooling liquid temperature of 80 °C.
