Development of an automated decision support system for the process of biological wastewater treatment

The mathematical model of aerobic wastewater treatment is built. It takes into account the interaction between bacteria and biologically oxidative matter. An appropriate solution to the problem of the model is obtained. The approximate values of optimal settings of the process are determined. The influence of the main parameters of the effectiveness of biological treatment is considered. Based on the calculation, an algorithm of process control and automation system of treatment facilities was designed.
