Adversarial Perturbations of Deep Neural Networks

This chapter provides a review of a body of recent work on the topic of adversarial examples and generative adversarial networks. Adversarial examples are examples created via worst-case perturbation of the input to a machine learning model. Adversarial examples have become a useful tool for the analysis and regularization of deep neural networks for classification.
