An application technology research about FO/AO based on MES system

In this paper, through the technology comparison analysis of the process planning and FO/AO, it is concluded that the process expression and management form of FO/AO are more suitable for the control of aircraft technical status. Integrated secondary development of MES system and CAPP system, it implements display form of FO/AO and process control based on MES system, and meets the requirement of the organic combination of operational information and manufacturing process information during production process. At the same time, through to MES system fully implementing electronic FO/AO, cancel paper process planning and apply the manufacturing record card on the production site. It saves laborers invalid working time and improves the production efficiency, and also provides a guarantee for the accurate calculation of parts production and assembly cycle. It provides more accurate data sources for the balance of production line capacity and production planning.
