Oculus Supervised Wheelchair Control for People with Locomotor Disabilities

The literature survey evokes that, oodles of palsy events are persistent in this world. Our paper is an endeavour to try to put an end to this devastating physical human disorder, having said this we propose a dim-witted yet effective and independent system which extends helping hands to people suffering from quadriplegia. The whole theme is to constitute a eye supervised system which makes the wheel chair of the patient to crusade at patients will. Taking the opportunity of patient's ability to move his/her head and pupil of eye we have created a system which makes the patient to move around the place. The camera placed in front of the patient keeps tracking the pupil of the patient, which is in turn monitored by MATLAB script, which will then glow the LED's according to the decision from MATLAB script indicating particular direction. The monetary value of this system is very sparing and makes any grade of people to afford it.
