Study of crosstalk between the harnesses of TCU controller

Because of the close combination of electronic technology and vehicle technology, electromagnetic interference problems between automotive interior electronics have become increasingly prominent. A large number of various power switching devices used in automotive controllers to meet the needs of large driving power and at the same time the power devices which work on the switching state have a huge surge voltages and inrush currents on harness in the switching process and develop severe sources of electromagnetic interference which causing malfunction by crosstalk between the lines by entering the harness in the other control lines and signal lines. Crosstalk between wiring harness is qualitatively analyzed with S parameters based on theoretical modeling analysis in order to determine the extent of a variety of factors and give solution optimization measures.
