A study on the mechanism of how land consolidation promote the economic growth and industrial transfer

Land is one of the most important factors that affect the economic growth. Studying on the theory of the problem that how land consolidation acts on the economy and industrial development will become a new research field along with the widely development of land consolidation projects in national scope. The article studies how land consolidation impacts on the economic growth through the economic growth model of three factors and explores the mechanism by which land consolidation acts on the industrial transfer between the developed and underdeveloped regions. The article concludes that the land consolidation can promote the economic growth and the industrial transfer as well as industrial updating effectively. Moreover, based on the theory analysis, the article offers three suggestions: the strategy of “differentiation”, “spatial integration” and “protecting ecological environment”.
