Mathematical modelling in tasks of control of vibration technological complexes dynamic state

Aspects of creation of a control system comprising characteristics of the vibration field of the technological machine for hardening of lengthy details surfaces by means of the working medium of steel balls are considered. The mathematical model containing the device for transformation of motion and allowing variations of the given system inertial properties is developed for provision of management of the vibration process dynamic quality. The procedure of the vibration field measurement by means of sensors fixing interaction signs between the working medium and the processed product surface is offered.
