Asynchronous generator mathematical model for of asymmetrical modes calculation

The article contains a mathematical description of the asynchronous generator under asymmetric switching loads with non-linearity of magnetization characteristics. Mathematical models allow one to evaluate the actual generator properties without add experiments and to obtain information on such issues as: determination of generator operating characteristics in a wide range of load with symmetric and asymmetric single-phase load connection, the choice of optimal method for voltage stabilization at a setting power factor, the generator definition parameters in the transients mode and the critical excitation capacity parameters values and the speed at which self-excitation is possible, etc. On the basis of the axes transformed scheme and the system of differential equations under certain assumptions, the authors made up the matrix of mutual inductances, described the calculation method for the asynchronous generator on the basis of the squirrel-cage motor 4A100S4 series with the star circuit connection and auto-transformer star winding. We describe the scheme of the star-connected stator autotransformer winding to allow for the angle between half windings and the ratio of turns of the stator halfwinding in one phase. The calculation of stator currents obtained by the inverse matrix method and expressions to determine the other currents. The calculation results are the waveforms of load currents and the voltage across the asynchronous generator terminals, the asynchronous generator rotational speed and the shaft torque when connecting asymmetric load.
