Specific energy of 50 Hz electromagnetic field

The article gives an estimate of the low-frequency electromagnetic field close to electrical installations. The main sources of the harmful effect of EMF on electrical personnel are considered. The practice of normalizing electromagnetic fields of low frequency (50 Hz) of the countries of the European Union (EU) and Russia is given. The concept of specific energy for electromagnetic non-ionizing low-frequency influence on tissues of the human body is formulated. The principle of normalization of electric and magnetic fields of 50 Hz with their additive influence on the electrotechnical personnel is proposed.
