Two new volume integral equation formulations of composite material bodies

This paper discusses the relations between equivalent volume electrical and magnetic currents of composite material bodies. Based on the relations, we proposes two new volume integration equation (VIE) formulations of composite material bodies. Compared with traditional VIE, the unknowns of new VIE formulations are only related to equivalent volume electrical or magnetic currents, therefore, new VIE formulations can save calculation time and memory space.
