Dual-polarized ulta-wideband multi-beam antennas in wireless communications

This paper presents the design of dual-polarized ultra-wideband six-beam arrays for wireless communications (1.694–2.69 GHz). Based on the required specifications such as gain, the beam coverage, the cross-over point between beams, the side lobe level, and the grating lobe, three ultra-wideband dual-polarized six-beam arrays with varying antenna specifications have been designed, implemented, and tested.
