Environmental risk modeling of power plants & oil installations in Libya

Estimating emissions of gases and environmental risks of electric power plants and oil installations, by computer simulation reveal that power plant and oil installations of the most important of these sources and the most dangerous, can affect the environment by its construction and by its operations. These risks, or impacts, can be either temporary or permanent. A power plant and oil & Gas complexes and its auxiliary components take up space on the ground and in the air, and in many cases, emit harmful substances and pollutants to the environment, and effect natural composition of the atmosphere and add other elements contaminated. These contaminants may be of the nature of the physical, biological, or chemical, such as gaseous pollutants including carbon and sulfur oxides, nitrogen oxides, and other risk That can occur suddenly and accidentally. In this paper we reviews the environmental risks posed by air pollution and others due to power generation and oil installations of the cities that have a congestion and stations close to. Note that Libya from oil production countries and that rely heavily on petroleum products as fuel for production of electrical energy. And it has been relying on this research data that could be obtained from the relevant authorities to gain access to the results unreliable. by using new technologies in the use of smart terminals, in field of send and receive information and data. to be used, analyzed and compared with simulation software results and retransmitted available to the public and accessible. Through the results it is clear that there is a need to improve the work processes to reduce emissions, and monitor the deterioration of the necessary equipment to avoid any adverse environmental effects.
