Finite element analysis of a coiled rotor synchronous motor dedicated to electic traction

In this paper, we describe a method of systemic design of electric vehicles (EVs) power chain, reducing the cost of production and the energy consumption. Indeed, the chosen structure of the motor is with axial flux and concentrated winding. The structure is simple de manufacture. Our choice is focused on analytical method for designing the motor because it is integrable to optimization approach. This m¹ethod is validated and completed by finite element method.
