Study on ticket vending machine system based on DTW speech recognition algorithm

The TVM (Ticket Vending Machine) is a kind of modern networking charge system which is widely in used urban rail transit. Its application is very extensive. It can realize the whole process of rail ticketing, billing, collection, statistics, management, and so on. The most studies on the TVM are related to ergonomic hardware, but the neglect of the research on speech recognition module in the system software. This paper designs a new generation of user-friendly self-service TVM system by making full use of the knowledge of speech signal, the DTW(Dynamic Time Warping) speech recognition algorithm and building speech mode of target users. It is convenient for the consumer to use.
