Robust H∞ control for uncertain singularly perturbed systems with time-delay

In this paper, we study the problem of robust H
_∞
control for a class of the time-delay singularly perturbed systems with norm-bounded parameters and uncertain parameters. The sufficient conditions for the existence of H
_∞
robust controllers are given based on the matrix inequality, so that the closed-loop system is robust to all admissible uncertainties and satisfies H
_∞
performance index. Furthermore, the controller design method is presented in the form of LMI for the case where the controller has an additive uncertainty. Finally, one example is given to illustrate the correctness of the results.
