The transition to component-based workflows is driven by the growth of worldwide distribution, which requires multiple localized versions, e.g., for language or mores; and the always expanding repertoire of audiovisual essence, e.g., accessibility, immersive sound, high-dynamic range (HDR) image, 4K, and so on.
