Simultaneous measurements of disturbance APD, CRD and PDD

A method is presented that can measure characteristic statistical parameters of disturbance, namely amplitude probability distribution (APD), crossing rate distribution (CRD) and pulse duration distribution (PDD). For APD and CRD, a circuit is realized that simultaneously measures these two parameters with an amplitude resolution equivalent to the number of quantized levels. For PDD, a new circuit is proposed that can execute real-time measurement of pulse duration histograms with a wide range. A simple modification of the circuit may simultaneously measure APD, CRD as well as PDD.
