Investigation for the quantum Goos-Hänchen spatial shift and angular shift of reflected guided-mode

In a waveguide corner mirror structure the quantum properties of Goos-Hänchen (GH) spatial and angular shifts of reflected guided-mode are theoretically demonstrated at first. Then, the quantum jumps of both spatial shift and angular shift, and their relationship are modelled. Finally, with a silicon-on-insulator (SOI) waveguide corner mirror (WCM) structure both the quantum spatial shift and quantum angular shift are simulated and analyzed, and their intrinsic relationship is found, and with a tapered multimode interference (MMI) structure and free-carrier dispersion (FCD) based optic refractive-index (RI) modulation the total displacement of over 3-wavelengths for is implemented via a ~10
