High mobility oxide TFT for OLED pixel circuits

High mobility oxide TFT has been proposed for OLED panel integrated with scan driver and compensation circuit in pixel. The oxide TFTs on PI substrate has been developed to have 50 cm
²
/V-sec of mobility and less than 0.5V of range in threshold voltage. PBTS instability has been optimized to show ΔV
th
under 1V after extrapolation up to 3 years, comparable to PBTS characteristics of LTPS TFT. 5.5-inch FHD OLED integrated with gate driver circuit and compensation circuit demonstrates good uniformity with compensation and good stability of operation after 1000 hours at 60 °C.
