LVS solution for electric test keys verification

This paper presents the LVS method to verify electric test key's model supported component and the test object's connectivity to the test pad. Here we solved the LVS issue of non-model supported component with the introduction of pseudo resistors as separator between the test object and the probe pad. With the regulated test manual format, automated schematic generation is developed to improve the whole process efficiency.
