Under production capacity constraints analysis of and quality differentiated motivation of service enterprise

Based on the choice of quality differentiated level of service enterprises. under production capacity constraints, this paper analyzes the effect of production capacity constraints on quality differentiated motivation of service enterprises. The research result shows that under Bertrand competition and quality differentiation, when existing the production capacity restriction, production may supplant quality differentiation, the production capacity constraints weakened the quality differentiated motivation of service enterprises, and there is less difference between service enterprises 'products quality. The conclusion explain the reason of service enterprises providing homogeneity products in China, and the paper analyzes the feature of service enterprises existing capacity constraints easily suggests solutions to the problem of homogeneity products.
