Dynamic charge exchange and delivery of the high-speed power delivery networks

In this paper, a charge exchange model is proposed to analyze the dynamic charge exchange and delivery of the highspeed power delivery networks. The power delivery network is decomposed into two parts, the charge buffer and the charge delivery path, which make the complicated dynamic charge exchange easy to understand. Based on this model, the mechanism of the dynamic charge exchange and delivery of all components in the charging hierarchy is fully demonstrated. It shows that the power planes provide a high-performance public platform for the charge exchange of all components and high-speed decoupling of the whole power delivery network.
